If you contact BAKARE, we may receive your name, contact details, organisation and information you choose to include in your enquiry. This website prototype does not store form submissions: the enquiry button prepares an email in your own email application.

How information is used

Information you send may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss services, deliver agreed work, keep appropriate business records and meet legal or safeguarding obligations.

Children and young people

Where services involve students under 18, appropriate school or parent/guardian arrangements, safeguarding procedures and data-handling expectations should be agreed before substantive one-to-one work begins.

Further information

A fuller privacy notice and retention policy should be adopted before the site begins collecting data directly through an online form, CRM, analytics platform or booking system.
