What we do
bakare brings together school-based careers guidance and UK higher-education experience to help young people make informed decisions about education, university and careers — while helping schools build stronger systems to support their progression.
Schools
We work with schools to strengthen careers education, university guidance and progression systems — from strategic review and programme development to work experience, staff support and student-facing delivery.

Explore university admissions →Why bakare
Our approach is informed by experience spanning school-based careers guidance and UK higher education. That means we understand both the decisions students face before university and the admissions, administrative and support systems they encounter once they get there.
For schools
We help schools move from individual activities to a coherent careers and university guidance programme — one that gives students structured support as they explore pathways, prepare for higher education and make decisions about their futures.
Careers programme review and development · University guidance · Work-experience planning · Student workshops · Careers fairs and events · Progression and destination tracking · Advisory support
For students & families
Choosing a course, university or career direction can have long-term consequences. We provide structured, independent guidance that helps students understand their options, make informed decisions and approach applications with greater confidence.
